Playtime analyzes your movement in 2 ways, teaches you how to recognize poor movement, learn to exercise best for YOUR body, and give you the confidence to excel to the next level
The goal for PlayTime Movement is to teach body awareness. In other words, to learn movement. To understand what may be wrong with our bodies, it is necessary to have a foundation for what is correct.
- Many studies prove targeting children and adolescents is a great entry point to learning correct movement and body awareness as that is when our bodies change the most and we can have the most impact
- These studies prove the habits we learn young– especially movement/fitness–are carried through to adulthood and many times become pain issues. All ages, fitness interests, and levels of fitness are welcome!
