Training on the Evaluation Process
Mastering Movement Specialist
As a fitness instructor, physical educator, or coaches, you will:
- Learn to evaluate foundational movements for a more efficient performance.
- Know the current level of function to establish specific activities for your client/student’s individual needs.
- Apply Basic Anatomy to Body Awareness giving clients a “why” behind the foundational exercises they are doing, and an understanding of bigger things to come: when they are ready.
**This is injury prevention as taught in physical therapy clinics. - Track Movement Scores over time.
Creating a PRE-FITNESS understanding: the foundation for all movements where fitness can be confidently achieved.
GOAL: a participant is prepared for more challenging tasks while preventing injuries, keeping them a steady client longer.
Adults—
